BEDROOM: Two bedrooms, one double the other has two single beds. BATHROOM: Bath shower w.c bidet fully tiled. KITCHEN: Newly fitted kitchen has granite worktop,ceramic hob,oven,microwave,fridgefreezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. UTILITY: Washing machine worktop and drying space. GARDEN: Tiled patio rear garden with planted ares and a private kidney shaped pool (see pictures) 4 sun loungers, table and chairs with parasol are provided. CLEANING/TOWELS/LINEN Linen and towels are included. Cleaning and Linen are changed weekly. TRAVEL DISTANCES: 35minutes from the airport.5 minutes from the main town Corralejo..The fantastic Oliva beach(sand dunes) only10 minutes..More beautiful beaches can be found in El Cotillo 15 minutes.The new water park and bowling 5 minutes.All by car. Car hire is cheap on the islandand is recommended to get the full benefit of the many surrounding beaches and for trips into the mountains.
